Our initial application fees are 100 CHF to ensure the seriousness of your research. This sum will be deducted from our fees when successful.

A lump sum can be made based on the amount of the transaction.
The value of 1 rent with a minimum value of 2500 CHF.
You should know that we will always, always, favor searches via private individuals or auctions since our fees are contractually reduced by 30% when the property is found through a real estate agency (only for transaction costs).
Fees are our only source of compensation. We have contractually prohibited ourselves from receiving any remuneration from the seller(s) and/or the agency(s).
We have no interest in making you buy or rent one property over another and, of course, we will effectively negotiate the price of the property and the eventual agency commission.
Duration of contract and conditions of termination:
Regarding our contracts, again no problem. We can customize our contracts on a case by case basis depending on your situation. Whether you are in a hurry to find a property or, on the contrary, you want to take your time to visit us to further refine your aspirations... We will adapt the terms of your contract together.
With us there is no minimum commitment period, you have the right to change your mind and terminate our contract at any time. With a simple e-mail and without having to justify yourself.
We are not paid by the hour but exclusively for the result! And so, no matter how long it might take, we will continue the search for the ideal property according to the rhythm that you decide and until our mission succeeds. We want to work in confidence with our customers.
